US/Canada: Blue Water Bridge The Blue Water Bridge is 60 miles north of the Detroit-Windsor Tunnel and links U.S. Interstates, I-69 and I-94 with Canadian Highway, 402.   Highway 402 later merges into Highway 401 at London, Ontario.   Highways 401 and 402 are two of the busiest highways in Canada.
